About Us

Inclusive Minds is a growing mental health practice dedicated to increasing access, reducing stigma, and helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Though we are starting small, our vision is to expand into an agency that provides comprehensive mental health and wellness services across communities.

We offer culturally responsive psychological evaluations for immigration cases, including:

Inclusive Minds offers clinical supervision for social workers working toward independent licensure. Supervision focuses on building strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and professional confidence in a supportive, growth-centered environment.

  • MSW-level social workers pursuing independent licensure under LISW-S supervision

Documentation Support

We offer assistance with:

Support can be ongoing or as-needed.

In group therapy, participants can expect to:

Hi, I'm Catherine Lead Therapist at Inclusive Minds

I’m a licensed independent social worker supervisor and the founder of Inclusive Minds, with over 11 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. I’ve worked with individuals with developmental delays, adults with severe mental illness and forensic histories, and children facing emotional and behavioral challenges. I also proudly serve Spanish-speaking clients and families. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive space where growth feels possible. My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and centered on helping clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, confidence, and everyday life.


Soy trabajadora social licenciada y fundadora de Inclusive Minds, con más de 11 años de experiencia trabajando con diversas poblaciones. Mi experiencia incluye apoyar a personas con retrasos en el desarrollo, adultos con enfermedades mentales severas y antecedentes forenses, así como a niños que enfrentan desafíos emocionales y de conducta. También tengo amplia experiencia trabajando con personas y familias de habla hispana. Me apasiona crear un espacio cálido y sin juicio, donde las personas se sientan comprendidas y apoyadas. Mi enfoque es informado en trauma, basado en fortalezas, y centrado en ayudar a los clientes a desarrollar habilidades prácticas, confianza y conciencia emocional para su vida diaria.
